First of all you have to communicate your feelings. If talking about it isn't working, seek counciling from someone that works with couples and sex.
Try some of these things:
1. Pornography or nude photos of yourself. Make sure its legal, free, and well hidden.
2. Have a sense of humor. Laughing is better then great sex because you don't have to be naked. Actually, it helps lighten the mood, where lack of sex can be stressful for some people.
3. Sometimes you can replace sex with sexual contact. Showering together, cuddling nude, oral sex/masterbation, and even watching pornography together.
4. Give in and have sex. There should be a number of times you have sex in a week/month, that both of you are comfortable with. "We will TRY to have sex 2 times a week." AND this is not set in stone.
As for women that want more sex, the concepts are very much the same. 1.However, in this case most men have to accept that she may desire the use of toys. 2.Her pornography is likely to be more romantic and less graphic. 3. She may also prefer a few romantic gestures rather than nude photos. 4. Cuddling, showers, and watching her favorite chick flick might cover it.
This isn't going to apply to everyone, so communicate, communicate, communicate.
